NHSEI Retention programme

Chris is the national programme lead for retention at NHSEI in the People Directorate and a MH nurse by background. He previously led the MH programme in North London Partners STP. He is leading work on retention in MH and LD and is keen to connect with the Forum.

This is an opportunity to feed in the work the NWSDU has been doing on retention initiatives in MH and have discussion about how we might best influence national action as a Forum.
