Criteria for hosting the annual student conference
 
The Conference
  • 2018
  • The venue TBC
  • There is an expected audience of 500 Mental Health Students Nurses from across the UK
  • This is the forth year of the conference (2015 @ O2 London - 2016 @ Cathedral House, Huddersfield - 2017 @ ICC Birmingham)
  • Academic sponsors - 2015 University of Greenwich / 2016 University of Central Lancashire
    • 2017 University of Birmingham
  • Students take the lead in all aspect of the conference organisation
  • Each university that proves RMN training is offered 10 free places at the conference
  • There will be a printed conference pack - sponsors will listed. 
  • Administrative support is provided by the Mental Health Nurse Directors Forum
The Recruitment Stands ("sponsors")
  • There will be up to xx stands for recruiters available
  • Each stand costs £3000 inclusive of VAT
  • A table will be provided by the site 
  • Sponsors need to advise of any special requirements (electric / internet / parking etc)
  • Stands will need to be in place at least 30 minutes before the start of the day.
  • There is an expected audience of 500 Mental Health Students Nurses from across the UK
  • The programme allows for time to visit stands at all breaks and lunchtime
  • The organisation with a stand can have up to a maximum of three people to staff the event within the cost 
  • Invoicing will happen through the Nurse Directors Forum 
  • All payment must be received in advance of the event and 28 days from invoice date.
  • A formal contract will be sent out and will need to be signed.
  • ID badges must be worn at all times.
  • Sponsors are responsible for tidying away all their material at the end of the event.
